Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed. All packages are shipped from our location via UPS or USPS, depending on the most reliable option for your area.

If you place multiple orders on the same day, please email us at bluerootsboutique00@gmail.com to request that they be combined, we’ll happily refund one of the shipping fees upon request.

Please note that Blue Roots is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS or USPS. We are unable to refund shipping costs for carrier-related delays or missed delivery estimates. If your package experiences a delay or delivery issue, please reach out directly to the carrier for assistance.
