Thank you so much for shopping with Blue Roots! We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, please review our return policy below.

Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, or pet hair
• With original tags and labels still attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Intimates, swimwear, or accessories (including hats)
Return Process
Start a return on our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery. Once completed, you will receive return instructions. Return items must be delivered back to our warehouse within 14 days of submitting for a return. If items are not received within 14 days, we will cancel the return and the customer will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to meet the return requirements. Once approved, the refund will be issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
